1.Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days of receipt of your payment.

2.We may ship orders by different courtier at our discretio: Standard shipping-UPS Ground (4-7 business days), Parcel Post-USPS (1-10 business days), Oversize & heavy items-LTL

3.We only ship to the 48 Continental United States. We are unable to ship internationally or to other U.S. Territories (ie. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.).

4.Alaska and Hawaii are not included in delivery area at present

5.We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6.Please confirm your shipping information correct. Any wrong or undeliverable addresses will not be re-routed during transit.

1. You may return most new, unopened items sold by GMC manufacturers over M2Cmart within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of non-buyer's error or defective products. Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to M2Cmart. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for M2Cmart to process your return request.

2. There is a restocking fee of 15% on opened box item for refund. We charge this 15% restocking fee for refund to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. We offer replacement without any restocking fee to support customers who have received a defective product.

3. Each return MUST have an RMA number. One RMA number can only be issued for one order. If you have different items from different orders, then you need to request a different RMA number for each return.

4. You must return the product to our warehouse within 15 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.

5. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Call M2Cmart Customer Service Center to report damages.

6. Replacements and exchanges are changes made to the original order and will not count as "new" order.

7. All clearance products (e.g. refurbished items, new items and open-box items) purchased from M2Cmart.com will not be accepted for returns.

Our Return Policy is updated occasionally, but rest assured that the listed policy at the time you purchase your product will apply even if that product's policy is changed after you buy it.
